Assuming that 121 is to be patented on 10 Sept and 792 on 17 Sept., is there a strong possibility that already enough "Patent coverage" exists either on 10 Sept. or 17 Sept. and that possibly an Announcement re J@J US royalties *could* be made either on those dates or within a few days from these dates?
