    Moosey,

You amplify your response with what you purport as a statement of fact “went straight to our illustrious defense minister at the time Mr Combet who within a week or two of hearing this development went straight to the US and spoke to his counterpart there, and guess what our deal with the UAE dissapeared into thin air, something similar happened with the MAUL deal to PNG, only this time it was Hilary Clinton who went to PNG and that deal went up in smoke as well. the US carries a lot of weight and influence, I can understand why these countries backed out of any deal after some persuasion”

You also then proceed with to outline other situations where the sale of MST IP has been thwarted such as to Singapore and the UAE, and then as an after thought you say:-

“of course I can't prove any of this, but I still believe something along those lines happened, simply because the US wanted to starve MST of funds so that they the US could one day own the whole company”.

Also there is a very confusing reference to Milkor South Africa and Milkor USA regarding the “rights top use their IP to make the 40mm grenade launcher for the US” I am assuming that you are referring to an action by commercial competitors regarding other competitors in the market place. This is normal on a commercial level however, does nothing to add to your speculation on a Government to Government level.

Perhaps if you wish your posts to have a credence, and so as not to force people to have to find out where the truth may or may not lay as to the reasons for the failure of the Company, you should stick to provable facts not just post your personal version of “The Boys own Annual”. A more simple thing is simply if can’t prove it don’t say it.

“that is except for your 30 pieces of silver” Again I thought the lame innuendo as to me be paid, had been dealt with. However, as with some of your other theories constant repetition does not turn untruths into truths, or speculation into facts. Again interesting, that a contrary view to yours, leads to a simplistic conclusion of prostitution. One could ask the same of you, who is paying you, to provide your speculation as facts?

“I don't care how many times you tell me the tech is pretty much useless, because I know better becuaseI have done my homework, I know what I know, through discussions I have had with people who would know, and would have no reason to lie or had no hidden agenda unlike yourself.”

You are ware that the Administrator sought the advice of specialist patent valuers who were unable to ascertain the value of the IP, and suggested that the best and fairest way was to offer it on the open market. The result of this was the offer of $100k for the Company as a going concern. I will at this time again base part of my estimate on the published expert opinion and the market place, the remainder on normal valuation procedures. It now seems that you accusing me of lying and having a hidden agenda. I don’t feel that either accusation warrants any retort.

“You know the full worth of metalstorm IP, otherwise you would not be here trying to convince the uneducated to vote in your company's favor?” Again, repetition and, I would have thought, from my many posts, that you would have understood my opinion as to the worth of MST IP. Constantly trying to tell me otherwise, with no evidence, will not make me change my opinion. I again stress that my interest in seeing how all this plays out is that I believe that MST is in for a change of direction. Who knows maybe even one that will prove to be profitable, for MST, and give us share price increases and dividends.
