while I agree with your hard-nosed approach to evidence re mst, I do think there is something rather odd about the way things have panned out, in fact, one might say that your statement below

does not really counteract the conspiracies, simply because there have been so damn many of them - yet, I think we will never know and it wouldn't really help if we did.
It is surprising that we have heard nothing else from the bunch in charge of mst future - getting permission to slice and dice shareholders must be giving headaches to ASX and ASIC - doesn't corporations law prevent shareholders from being carved up without an opportunity to respond? And still the time ticks on with apparently nothing from the U.S.
