I don't dispute this, but I still think there would be problems: I am sure ASIC would have difficulties with the "shareholders you have to have but don't want" line - even if we have effectively had our rights eroded by dilution. A publicly listed company has to involve the shareholders in some way - by trying to get back on to the boards without putting it to our vote looks problematic - even if our previous directors put us there with our help - I may be wrong of course, but that is my gut instinct
