The fact that the US controlled the timing in relation to any release of the weapons being developed for sale by virtue of their TRL system, was the main reason why metalstorm could not sell weapons, at least to the US anyway, but the company did have what they called themselves a window of opportunity some time ago to sell to the UAE some of their 3GL,s, that deal was thwarted by our own government in a way when Arch Bevis after seeing a man fired HE demonstration at the Belmont Range in Qld and also heard about the impending sale to UAE went straight to our illustrious defense minister at the time Mr Combet who within a week or two of hearing this development went straight to the US and spoke to his counterpart there, and guess what our deal with the UAE dissapeared into thin air, something similar happened with the MAUL deal to PNG, only this time it was Hilary Clinton who went to PNG and that deal went up in smoke as well. the US carries a lot of weight and influence, I can understand why these countries backed out of any deal after some persuasion.

Some time ago there was something posted about something that was supposedly said by a US company called Milkor USA, in that article they said that the 3GL was a far superior weapon compared to their own 6 shot 40mm grenade launcher, they also said that when metalstorm came up for grabs they would miss out in the bidding to Raytheon, that was supposedly their words, so I checked for myself, I emailed Milkor South Africa who had licensed to Milkor USA the rights top use their IP to make the 40mm grenade launcher for the US, I asked them whether what had been written by Milkor USA about the 3GL and metalstorm was factual, was it the truth and was it said by Milkor USA, the answer came back, YES IT WAS!

I don't care how many times you tell me the tech is pretty much useless, because I know better becuaseI have done my homework, I know what I know, through discussions I have had with people who would know, and would have no reason to lie or had no hidden agenda unlike yourself.

As far as Lee Finear from metalstorm having told me they had requested a trading halt, well I have that in writing from an email from him, did he lie to me? I doubt it, but he did freak when I told him I had lodged a formal complaint with ASIC, so he might have lied to me, but if that was the case then that can only mean one thing, they were a party to that BS cap raising knowing full well it would fail? either way it was disturbing.


As for me telling Lee Finnear about Raytheon trying to steal their IP, he told me in an email that they were aware of it, but until they (Raytheon) tried to use the IP they decided there wasn't much point in following that up right then, but as soon as they tried to use it at anytime in the future, metalstorm certainly would take action against Raytheon, I presume they would have said the same about the US Army having a patent using metalstorm technology in a 120mm Tank round? so I didn't bother asking about that one but the patent is there for all to see.


Re your question about my statement about ST k not being allowed to even bid for the 3GL?
When you asked how the US could stop ST k from even bidding? easy, the US buys a lot of 40mm grenade rounds and also other stuff from ST k, all they would need to do is say something like, you are in danger of losing those existing sales contracts for the ammunition you supply to us if you even make an offer on any part of metalstorm IP, something similar to what I believe may have happened with the UAE sale where I believe the threat of trade may have been used, of course I can't prove any of this, but I still believe something along those lines happened, simply because the US wanted to starve MST of funds so that they the US could one day own the whole company, that is except for your 30 pieces of silver.

You know the full worth of metalstorm IP, otherwise you would not be here trying to convince the uneducated to vote in your company's favor?
