Yes, this is directly from the USPTO PAIRS site. A post a few weeks ago (maybe Gerrado?) suggested these US patents were normally released on a Wednesday to I found this interesting. Yes US (Virginia) time so early AM here in Aust.
I don't know the process well, but on face value that's what I would expect.
