Correct! Anyone who read and comprehended the AXE reply to the ASX query on the 31st August would know this. Enough opinions of when it will comes out and stick to what is known. That is it has been granted, it will be issued on the 21st September and disclosed to the market when the attorneys inform AXE. Recordation of Patented Granted has been mailed.
The European patent EP3383792 status is "Examination is in progress" and the status was last updated on the 31st July. The database is updated daily and was last updated on the 20th September. Please refer to a previous post of mine for more detail regarding this patent and its' implications for the Australian patent. In short, the examiner would be happy to issue an "intention to grant" subject to their suggested changes being made. The procedure rules for "intention to grant" are that publication takes place on Wednesdays at 14.00hrs and indications of documents and events may appear earlier at 07.00hrs. Earlier indicators are the link to Espacent is greyed out and the links to the current week's European Patent Bulletin are inactive.
With respect to the AUKUS agreement and AXE.Firstly, does anyone know any specific details about AUKUS other than Biden doesn't know Morrison's name? AXE has entered into a non-binding LOI with the AMC.The AMC has now over 150 collaboration partnerships and are adding a couple a week (look at their website). I have received criticism for highlighting IBM also has over 150 partnerships.Technology requires collaboration as there is more than one way to to do/achieve something or more than one/better application. "Hardware and software working together at the early stage of technology development is a well-known recipe for success in the computing industry" (Choucair,2021). Hence, AMC, IBM and Lot Fourteen.Ultimately, the 12QC may not be the rainmaker but something completely left field or maybe both.I don't know. Many AXE shareholders bought a speculative miner a couple of years ago and are now fully vested in a deep tech company. Graphene is still the key.
