As I understand, from the notice of acceptance, it can be up to 6 months to give opportunity to accept competing claims against the patent. But I'm not sure that it can't be granted prior to this. Either way, any day now, but we can't rule out being another 5 months still for the 12CQ, and of course much longer to go for the biochip.
