from previous information. it will be released on a wednesday. but whether that is today is un unknown. Was thought that more likely to be next week.
As for what the SP will do, well i think that the market is spooked somewhat, so a patent grant likely wont have the same impact as previously. What we really need now is closure with the ASX enquiries, and also some positive progress on what really matters...the technology
