I always skeptical in believing there’s opportunity in pre run of a pop on insider news as they always say share price move way ahead. But I have seen a number of tickers doing this. The market can be so dump sometimes and slow to react, and when it does it just pops. For example ID8, the news were all there but SP remained in 8c for weeks. Then next announcement sent it flying to 12c, then 17c, then 24c and 27c.
