You do realize a process/business model not tied to a machine will not be granted a patent or contested and lose?
Or the fact if something is published in print you have a year to lodge the contesting patent otherwise you will not get it.
So seeing as it was 1985 or so when it was first published I think the boat has been missed..
its called "known prior use"

Doesn't matter what someone tries to do if they lodged a similar patent you can contest it and win and it wont be granted or if they pursue it and just create it you will win the case.
The law stipulates this, its common sense you cant cover every single aspect of every single thing but there are measures in place to control it.

Why do you keep pushing you have no money invested what are you trying to achieve.
