Looking again through Justia, I think the last 4 actions under LiveIQ and Boost may be much more innocent than we think. IMO it is most likely deletion of one of the several 'goods and services' claims below:

LIVE IQ

Can't speak for the Lives but with the Boost soon to be NHS listed as an 'adult moderate power hearing aid', it would make sense to delete reference to 'earphones other than hearing aids...'.
