Remember that there the CWE site was hacked in August this year which resulted in mails being send from third parties and an outage. As far as I know, no one really knows what happened then and also this forum lost interest in this event, that could be a case like discussed in the Guardian. There is nothing the Chinese cannot copy, however simple..
