claim 23 the one inventive step out of 112 claims over five patents. Substituting the word would hardly make all claims inventive as shown by claim 23 itself. All the claims in that application, in this case, 26 only one is inventive because of the dissolving claim. Ditto the rest. You would then perhaps more likely have 5 inventive steps in five applications which is still only one inventive step. Perhaps we should wait until the fat lady sings before making suggestions like "all claims would appear inventive"

A. To make 2ml_ total volume suppository of 400 mg idronoxil in cocoa butter (theobroma oil): density of cocoa butter (1 .72 gm per 2 imL) and density displacement factor of idronoxil (1 .1 ).
