I read on here that there is a claim that the Company (Splitit : ASX SPT) has AU and US patents
According to IP Australia, the core patent was rejected in December under examination.

As for US patents, it was killed off by the USPTO in 2013!!!!

Certainly no patents here that relate to the core business. Its also illegal to claim that you have a patent if it hasnt been granted. Hopefully, the company isnt making these claims.
