Lopez, the link you posted mentioned 2011 as the limit of cst's patent. Briefly scanning through announcements back to 2002 all I can come up with is:
-Patent coverage to "2015 and beyond" for TB-specific proteins (licenced from Statens Serum Institute, Denmark)
-In-Tube patent submitted (Newsletter 28/6/2004)
-Leishmania test retains intellectual property rights of any developements.
There must be more definite info. on this somewhere. Seems relevant if we have to wait too long for action don't you think? Maybe an email to the Co. will be fruitful.
