I see you found your answer @DDBB and thought id reply on this thread. The cut out is Warrabarty.

Warrabarty i'm not that interested in, and is sub economic. Dromedary I like much more. Much higher grades of the two zinc prospects.

from an earlier post of mine..

"The deposit is very low grade and has been deemed sub-economic. I have looked into some of the grades and it is not encouraging at all. Silver is not found in the mineralization but a very small amount of copper exists."

At the Warrabarty asset, drilling had uncovered 200m at 0.81% zinc from 114m, and 140m at 1.46% zinc and 0.32% lead from 500m.

Dromedary results look far more enticing and is part of the JV.

Tin miner Metals X owns 3,000sq km of tenements in WA’s Yeneena Basin. At the Dromedary prospect previous drilling intersected 5m at 9.56% zinc from 124m, 5m at 15.35% zinc from 136m and 12m at 1.93% zinc from 175m.

The rainbow prospects you mention do look very promising. Im encouraged by what has been found there so far and would like this to be a priority.

Then there is Finch. 20kms south of Nifty. It looks like somewhere you'd fund a lot of copper. Unfortunately MLX put a couple of holes that ended up being dusters but it still intrigues me.

    Finch Prospect

"A multi-purpose drill rig has commenced drilling at the Finch Prospect, with a second drill rig having commenced step-out drilling down-plunge of the Nifty ore body.

Finch is located approximately 20 kilometres to the southeast of Nifty on what is interpreted as the continuation of the syncline hosting the Nifty mineralisation.

Previous shallow drilling at Finch has already identified an anomalous copper blanket analogous to the supergene blanket overlying Nifty. The principal objective of the drilling program is to test the syncline for primary copper sulphide mineralisation to a depth of 400-500 metres."

Another useful map of the tenement boundaries is this one.

As far as IGO drilling goes, the plan was to drill the boundaries (JV side) of Nifty and Maroochydore. So my guess is we wont see any results from other exciting prospects.

Aircore drilling will be difficult to find minerilazation as a lot of the areas are under transported cover. Some parts of Maroochydore for example are under 110m of Permian cover while another part is only 10m covers.

Aircore generally has a depth of <50m.

Here is a map of where i think IGO would have drilled. This is going back quite a few months, from the AGM that i think was around May.

In saying that IGO have access to a number of modern exploration techniques that other companies would not. They have a lot of knowledge of the area and exploration experience with their other JVs, Encounter and Antipa.
