Yes, id agree if it was a multi personnel operation with staff with Drill rigs ready to deploy, however, given there is Ed and Ed only with no infrastructures it's far too risky to lose momentum on CC and focus the attention on another asset. It's very unlikely given we have no drill rigs ready to deploy we would catch the momentum of the patersons anyway. The biggest problem with ARV has always been their lack of focus and their ability to complete something, this is why Ed needs to prove to the market they can fulfil their strategy to get the trust of shareholders and the broader market back. Better to let the big boys do the hard work at Patersons and make a discounted offer with a royalty agreement attached. This eliminates capital risk and the actual risk of the project itself, whilst gaining a nice net benefit for shareholders.
