Qu: Does the entity expect that it will continue to have the current level of net operatingcash flows for the time being and, if not, why not?

Answer: No the Company undertook a significant drilling program Paterson Central duringthe quarter. While the Paterson program continued into Q2 – expenditure issignificantly less and drilling is expected to finish in early November. Limited onground exploration work is expected in the Quarter due to the need to receive andreview drill data, the onset of the cyclone season in the Pilbara region and thesummer holiday shut down.
