It's much easier and less stressful, maybe someone has insider info or it's just speculation? I sure don't know.

Agree with you Tamz if there is insider selling then probably skeletons of "non recurring" costs being swept under a squeaky clean liars profit EBITDA rug.
I don't care to argue you out of a sell sentiment, T_G - I hear the exact same arguments you make all the time.
However given that the ten year earnings history of PRG (ex SKE) is $30m per annum I find it hard to see how today's $440m market capitalisation can be considered prospective?
Low quality, that's a good one you could trot out that old chestnut. Business in permanent decline is another classic.
Management though that's the mother of them all.
Things going badly, management so people sell cheaply.
Things going well, management so people pay too much.
Truth is - economics is more important and most important of all is buy cheap.
I have rolled a board before but it's not something I do lightly, certainly not here.
Company's way too big for a minnow like me so my thoughts on the board are academic.
SKE could be worth a fraction of what PRG directors paid but it's a free lunch for me either way.
Tamz has said I am permanently cheerful/optimistic but it's not that, cautiously neutral sounds like insane exuberance on my threads.
