PRG is in my list of stocks also but I am not influenced by broker recommendations but only rational arguments.
WHY does Patersons see it as a buy?
As I have said in the past no news is positive as it indicates we are on track for guidance.
If the annual report is released late May like last year we should be able to have some informed discussion rather than buy because the shareprice is going up LOL.
I am still holding 35,000 at an average price of $1.4, it's still not on my high conviction list. I am however reasonably confident it's worth around $4 by 2020 as they pay down debt from cashflows to 1x EBITDA if I recall the target.
Sounds good to me.
