I have seen 3 or 4 broker reports on ems over the years, and not one of them have been close in any respect, the price targets not only were never reached,they were never even close.
When a broker tells you to buy, that's an indicator to sell. Take a good look at at avx, a brokers report in the last month indicated a 2 month price target of 30c and a strong buy, its under 3c today and its atc project is in the bin.
