Well I'm glad I bought, this is a solid business on a PE of 8.5 with a dub yield of 4.7% with franking. I think not many in the market understand this stock but happy about that and more than willing to wait. In Patersons note I notice a major shareholder is SG Hiscock and also recently a few major insititutions have entered via a convertible note - I assume they have done some research. This one only has 58.5m shares on issue. I predict it's higher than $ 1.80 in 12 months so that's over a 50% return plus dividends! Do your own research
