We are initiating coverage of PanAust Limited (PNA), one of Australias few resource companies operating in Laos. It is amid- sized copper-gold-silver miner with a solid-grade resource and two other potential mining projects. PNA also has a sizeable portfolio of exploration tenements in Laos and Thailand. Our 12-month share price target is $0.65. We have initiated coverage with NEUTRAL recommendations on a short-term and a long-term basis.
