cafa, reference to real estate is exactly that, risk is lower so is the return, hence the sp value for LYC of $2 odd will be readily obtained within a much shorter time frame, but as you say, with the negative if and buts should materialize - it may disappear down that black hole. As previously said i hold for long term gain in a shorter period that real estate.
