IMHO, they will bounce around the high 3s and maybe low 4s this week and take off with their next announcement.
Again IMHO, and I can't confirm it, but there is some speculation that a distribution deal may shortly be done in northern Asia and this maybe related to the current upswing.
Also other brokers are now getting in on the NXS story.
