    Well personally I am happy about this development. I always got the impression that EMS was buying time and it seems they wanted berlin pharma to run out of cash.

    I only hold EMS so I am happy to hold. However anyone holding EMSO EMSOB I fear that there is little hope because of option decay towards the end of their life.
