Tht's it, and his reasoning? Questioning the conditions inherent within the funding arrangement that both parties signed up for.
Not only is this reasoning patently stupid, it also shows a basic lack understanding about private equity and the commercial loan process. But let's not knock him for that. After all funding arrangements are so rare in the graphite space as he knows so well with WKT....
