    why did you just make it seem like the conditions for the BFS and the Tanzanian issues are the same thing?

    they a.e even split out in both the announcement and the screen shot you posted...and the term sheet

    GPX released an announcement with a letter from the government confirming the 16% figure. Tick.

    waiting for the BFS then tick.

    dont over complicate it.
