The biggest unknown here as far as timelines go (and has been for the past 2 yrs) is sorting out this mess with the Tz government. Dealing with a bureaucracy, especially one that didn't make things clear enough when they introduced the new laws, has made this whole process longer and more painful than it should of been. This is one thing I could really pick fault with is Phil providing a schedule that has a date for when they expect a resolution. Still a high risk investment but everyone needs to understand that before pressing buy. No "mum and dad" investor should be pouring money they can't afford to lose into any small cap stock. This is the high risk, high reward end of town.
