I am not too fussed about the identity of the EGT... but I am very thankful to them for getting our gig going... without this EGT, we would have been one of the 30-odd graphite hopeful on ASX with no chance of proceeding further (the super-pits are the ones the rest of the punters are paying attention to and not the small boutique players like us)... but with this nameless/faceless buyer our management had the biggest tick of it all - ability to sell a ton (or 10KT) of our Tanzgraphite and get paid for it which no one else could boast of...
and being "European" was a good thing about them - must have helped someone like TK take notice of us... and they piled on with double the EGT's offtake...
unfortunately, this has all materialized at perhaps the most uncertain of times and with no other peer to measure the viability of this project against, we are just at the starting line until either the market stabilizes or the graphite plays get a proper measuring tape to be gauged with...
imo, a re-rate is unavoidable.... just matter of time... I know we have all said that millions of time on HC re KNL but seriously speaking this is not an "IF", just a "WHEN"....
another thing we all say is "I WILL TOP UP"... this is an excellent opportunity to anyone who wants any exposure to an investment in a greenfield company with just a few 8 inch holes in the ground now to a fully functioning plant in 16-18 months time... a serious re-rate has to follow such a transformation... it is inevitable....
I know where my spare cash is going to go as each and every pending boxes are ticked... feeling very happy with my 5c purchase all those months ago (after the first mishap)... and I feel that even at 4 times this is a better time to buy KNL for me than it was at 5c... the picture is much clearer now and waters have turned much quieter to launch the boat...
