To my TA 20 cents is a pretty fixed resistance Price that only back in 2012 acted as Support for more than a month before "soon" returning to Resistance.
I'm saying 20 cents is a Historical Capper in being Historical Resistance. Resistance can be defined as a Price Point where Sellers exceed Buyers so ergo Buyers are not prepared to buy volume sellers are offering.

Now like all of us holders I too am very peeved that the Market in it's divine Wisdom just don't get all excited and give me a Thrill of the Spike a la 2012 or the double header SP and Volume July 2014.
The ASX Graphite Sector has lost it's innocence from those were the days.

KNL has to get New Buyers of Significant Volume to breakout from 20 cents. I see a "problem" being that Institutions and Sophisticated Investors are 'eyeing' involvement in the Equity Raising for Finance. Getting "in" on that and not "bothering" with On Market accumulation.
I'm certainly as a Retail Investor am not going to participate in some All Shareholder Participation Scheme.
Just have to see SYR's Equity Raise for that.

Anyhow there is a "muttering" around the traps how specialist/boutique Brokers can do the Pump that gets a share price up a level to set up price for Capital Raising purposes. Taylor Collisson IMO did KNL 12/24 this year for the 18 cent one. BBY [now defunct] was famed/infamous for it [BBY was "in" TON's 15/34 run this year] and Pattersons? well they're right into it, too!
