Magix, it doesn't take too many to have BRM on their margin loan to anticipate/receive a call and then have to sell. The SP moves down on such small volume, it only takes a few.
I reckon a few were punting on a Fed cut pushing up the Dow. When I left home this morning - the Dow was up by over 100pts - get into work and find it's negative. The volatility in the last hour of trading in the US is amazing.
