Sir, your complete and utter ignorance as to the facts on hand about this company is breathtaking. I suggest in order for you to make informed investment decisions that you read company reports and research the company. You will find that the company is in full compliance with all it's statuatry obligations and responsibilities. You will also find that it now has a world class management team. You seem to be, however, taking advice from faceless, unscrupulous, people know for there mendacity and treachery. Tread warily.
