    The rights issue closes tomorrow. A success for the company in raising funds but a failure for shareholders.

    Patersons as underwriter are going to end up with the majority of the stock.

    A whole lot of people are underwater on SHP including the punters who chased SHP up to 4 cents on big volume and are stuck unless they take a big hit.

    SHP needs some big news to clear the rights issue shortfall, annoyed placement getters and those who bought in the high 3's & 4's. Looks like a big mess.
