    Hi Sean,

    I agree with you.

If you look at the original MOU, it was an exclusive sharing arrangement. I think CAT intentionally set this clause from the get go with the intent of strong arming the Pivac's into a royalty agreement through FBR inexperience/awe and their power/reach.

The Pivac's have subsequently proved and documented that the HX does not require a singular OEM for commercialization. It reads like they will release this Specialised Contract Manufacturer Plan (SCMP for convenience) for Aus sometime before they commence the commercial builds. In my opinion, this SCMP will also highlight the payback period of the HX as stated in the blog.

Regarding media coverage, DYOR raised a good point last night by saying that the FBR media machine likely won't at full swing until the Commercial Builds. I am hoping that after the current refinement period that includes the staggered 3bedx2bath build that isn't televised, the H01 and build is subsequently declared as outdoor compliant. Shortly after (
At the time of this PoC build, they release the aforementioned SCMP. With the HX proven and the map to commercialization (from start to end) now clear, the only thing FBR needs is someone to get them there($).

I'm hoping for a cash injection or a big buy up from an eager potential partner. Otherwise we will be having a CR...

    Time will tell.
