I have to give credit to Hokey 5771 where its due. He called it early way back in 2017 that leasing would be way to go. WaaS model is not too different from leasing from the builder's perspectives, but it does mean it's more capital intensive as FRB need to investing and maintaining a fleet of Hx themselves.
