I anticipated your answer. You can just explain that you are trying to suggest it is overvalued in terms of market cap and you think this should be at maybe $50 million market cap or less to justify the figures from the other month, or like you said, turbo charge (as you presuppose they are well behind) the growth to reach 30,000 beds. But you failed to consider any other developments since March 2019.
