The company PCK - is break even at 30,000 beds which I believe is the formula major investors/insto”s would be working on before entering our register. Let’s just say they get 50t beds by Dec (the govt rollout is suggesting 100t) but let’s just say 50t beds by end of the year. Instead of being at $10t a month which is the model let’s just be conservative and say $5 a month. That is revenue of $250t a month, which is $3 mil a year
Australia accounts for only 2% of the world health care market - so to get an idea of just in this example what the global potential is then you go $3 mil a year times 50, you can work that out.
Now I haven’t even mentioned the children’s app or the rollout to consumers globally. The smart money doesn’t need to see those numbers just yet but know that it will come and the company is on its way to achieving it. If the sales continue to increase and the focus is on this quarterly then this will be a much bigger market cap.
A few of my mates I have spoken to who hold a reasonably large portfolio in PCK and other stocks are comparing this to PME, I agree with their vision however it won’t happen overnight but it will happen. I am patient.
