I count myself as one of the many who also think this deal was pathetic. They only have 110 million in the first tranch.
From the announcement: “The second tranche of 890,000,000 shares and 100,000,000 Options for $US15.575 million
is subject to shareholder approval.”
I guess it will come down to what Harmony wants? The rest of us "little guys" won't have a great deal of say.
