to be sure, I called the company this morning and spoke with Brett in their shareholder relations section
after touching upon most of my points above, and the fact no one really knows who this purchaser is, I specifically requested that my sentiments be conveyed to the management behind this deal, and to quote: "this deal is disgusting, pathetic, and I no longer have confidence in this Board moving forward"
Brett sought to pass the line by me that "these are difficult times..." - I simply cut him off and said that that was a rubbish explanation, particulalrly when we are only talking about A$18.8 million for a technology even the company can't spruik highly enough
I also requested that since half of the company has now clearly been sold to an overseas interest, then would the company simply come clean and admit that this in fact is where MST is going - overseas
of course I mentioned that the Board had sold the soul of this company, where no longer can we be proud of this bit of technology being osentisibly Australian owned and developed
- and for those within MST who bother to read the sentiments of your owners, be clear about this sentiment - you sold everyone out, though of course for such a sweet heart deal some purses must be getting lined behind the scenes
good luck
