    IMO this cap raising is a defacto admission that they have nowhere else to go for funds and even then if every shareholder throws in the max, there isn't enough to get the G field off and running.

    As far as I am concerned the BOD and management have destroyed the company and the only hope left is to find some entity to buy us out.

    Otherwise IMO we are in effect BK. Screwed the pooch and all that.
