the large number of small holders allows this company to avoid responsibility and live off occasional cash inflows. Now those shareholders are also 15,000 km away, so management will never need to look them in the eye.
i think some of the support gained for the NASDAQ debacle from small holders was based on despair but also lack of alternative
the share price is decimated, has remained decimated, and the evidence is that accountability is still at zero. It is unbelievable that the 2 major shareholders are complicit with this performance. Not just accepting, but because they are on the board, complicit.
maybe the new CEO is struggling with some reasonable reforms like a smaller board, or selling programs that are "owned" by past execs or board members.
why don't we put together a genuine voting bloc? Its hard to do but even a 10% bloc would have some sway. Im willing to punt some time and effort.
