I was just pointing out that some people confuse the 20% and think that AVQ is offering 10 x the deal that other Mining companies are. And that is not true. They aren't offering a 20% royalty.

The 20% equity is a new model that gives the landowners an ownership interest rather than a royalty. They will get more of a say, have a representative on the Board etc etc. but in $ terms they will probably be pretty much the same I would think. But lots more say and control.

no one said 10x. That was your assumption/conclusion. We will wait for the feasibility to be complete prior to determining profitability, but I would safely say a 20% ownership in the company with a director is a much better deal for the landowners than 2.5% commission (which is what SMM were offering)
