I was just pointing out that some people confuse the 20% and think that AVQ is offering 10 x the deal that other Mining companies are. And that is not true. They aren't offering a 20% royalty.

The 20% equity is a new model that gives the landowners an ownership interest rather than a royalty. They will get more of a say, have a representative on the Board etc etc. but in $ terms they will probably be pretty much the same I would think. But lots more say and control.

As with most of your posts...I agree mate.

I would just add....Its even worse than not paying. I agree that Sumitomo haven't paid the landowners anything. But the real slap in the face is that not only are the not paying them, they have tied up the tenement so no one else can develop the resource.

LOL, that's why I'm soooo confident we will eventually prevail. To not pay is one thing...to deprive someone of an income is another. I put myself in the position of the landowners and I just can't see why I would ever deal with these guys. Once bitten twice shy and all.

LOL, we could offer less than Sumitomo and get the tenements, in my opinion (not that we ever would).

Sumitomo have been disrespectful in my opinion.
