One for ten rights issue, thats pathetic. Especially for a stock thats yet to pay and shows no sign of paying a dividend. SWK has missed an opportunity to reward share holders. A 1 for 3 issue would have been more reasonable.

I held 70,000 shares. It worked out that if I took up the offer I'd gain $420 at current prices. "Not worth getting out of bed for". So I reviewed the situation on Friday and sold the lot putting the proceeds into competitor ASL which has a P/E of only 3.55 and is paying a 13% ff dividend.

SWK should take note of MLE. It has announced a $15,000 per shareholder SSP at only $1.15 per share compared to the current price of $1.49. Now thats what I call looking after shareholders!
