    that what i thought too

    but the sp in sgp did not reflect this - so i sold

    now its jumping - dont understand

    i am up 20% on scg and happy with that

    shopping centres are a stable part of life in Oz - malls in usa is different - there too many so some will fail.

    i sold out so i can invest more in mining stock - they going crazy - lithium
