Cheers Chad, and my post of 06 January is aging well.
I hesitate to predict when post-covid might take place, but, when it does, SGP has 60 square kilometers of strategically located vacant urban land in most major cities and several regional growth areas. These boundless plains await the huddled masses who will flock to our wide brown land once borders are fully open.
So, I am still bullish about an SP above $5- one day. If we do see $3 in the interim then I will gladly add to my holding.
