    Cheers, just comparing quickly on one metric FFO per share and distribution:

    CQR Operating Profit is 14.2c per share up 8% and payout of 11.7c for half is 82% of operating profit.

    SGP FFO is 14.7c per share down 9% while payout of 12c is 82% of FFO.

    Assuming that Operating Profit of the former is equivalent to FFO of latter.

    SPs are roughly similar at the moment. Asset revaluations were not used for distribution- some REITs do include it and get punished somewhat.

    Without looking deeper- both look OK- to my untrained eye.

    What would a deeper look show?
