real estate sector keep trending higher but SGP always gets extremely selling when it touches ~4.22
higher yields affect residential prices, but high inflation offset most of that. and stockland's valuation is much lower than standard REITs like SCG. GMG, an expensive growth-stock REIT which is very affected by higher yields, consistently trend higher everyday. why do the sellers concentrate on pushing stockland down?
